Hindsight Is 20/20

On the first morning of 2021, Tyler (Tyzen) Drake turns the camera on himself for a Mindset Minute that doubles as an honest debrief of the year that just ended. He admits up front that his reflection on 2020 hasn’t been gentle (he’s been beating himself up about some of the decisions he made) but he catches the pattern in real time and reframes it: the self-judgment isn’t punishment, it’s a signal that the lessons haven’t crystallized yet.
