dusk into night
A dusk-to-dark set that carried the whole lawn from the last light into lasers and haze.
What MORiLLO carried
MORiLLO spoke through the music alone, and no words of his were caught on camera, so what the footage holds is the transmission itself. The set began as dusk fell on the lawn: dancers in front of the lit stage, the MORiLLO sign glowing, a "Get Up, Stand Up" cover or remix in the air. By full dark the lasers fanned over a packed floor. From behind the decks the view opened over the whole dancing crowd and the lit rows of tents in purple haze. It was the bridge of Earth Day, the hour when an afternoon of talks about building community became a community moving together.
