Joey Barone is a brother in the Colosseum's leadership circle and part of the team behind Entheos Holistics. He teaches the work of getting out of your own head: the loop of anxious thinking, the wound underneath it, and the two practical doors back to the present. He came up through ten years on stage, and it shows in how he holds a room.

Joey is the brother who does the quiet work that holds a thing together, and then turns around and teaches from the exact place he is still walking.

He came into the brotherhood and kept showing up, through the retreats, through the weekly calls, through every season. Somewhere in there he became one of the men holding the room. He tends the systems and the follow-through, and he makes the container reliable in the way only someone who cares about the details can.

Then he took the mic. His teaching is the loop of the mind: the thought that arrives, the escape we reach for, the spiral, and the lock. He offers two doors out, the interrupt and the return, and he teaches them from inside his own practice. The line he holds himself to is that the only credentials you need are proximity to the problem and the desire to help.
