Rio Bradshaw

Rio is the artist whose hands are all over this show: he crafted the intro to The Ascension Podcast before he ever sat across from me on it.

We’ve trained together, four days a week, and that’s where I got to know him: brotherhood turning fitness into a shared practice and shared resilience. On the podcast he talked about being a man of his word so the feminine can feel safe, about clean eating as self-love, about retaining and redirecting sexual energy as fuel for creativity. He came back a second time with his brother Chris, and the three of us went deep on soul resonance and choosing love over fear. Underneath all of it is the same conviction: the accelerated path is through relationship.
